I used about 1/4 cup more than this to make it not sticky.); 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon sugar; 2 1/4 teaspoons regular instant yeast; 7/8 to 1 cup warm water (Use the greater amount if your dough gets too dry.); 1/2 cup warm water; 2 tablespoons baking soda; coarse (kosher or pretzel salt); 1/4 cup mixed cheeses; 1/2 cup sugar; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 teaspoon each poppy seeds (carraway seeds, minced dried onion, sesame seeds, and course salt); 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
