Ingredients: 2 jalapeno peppers, (sliced); 1/3 cup canola oil; 1/2 cup corn kernels, (I really love Trader Joe’s organic); 4 slices thick-cut bacon, (chopped); 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, (melted); 1/4 teaspoon salt; 4 ounces chocolate, (melted – I suggest using one of the Lindt Sweet Popcorn bars, a Milk Classic bar or an 85% Dark bar!)
