Ingredients: 1 small Cauliflower (I used a small organic one which weighed about 1 lb or 465g without the leaves.); 1/8 cup Olive Oil; 1 tsp Turmeric (ground); 1 tsp Garam Masala (use one without added salt!); 1/4 tsp Salt (plus more to taste); 1 clove Garlic (minced); Cilantro (fresh, for garnish); Chili (fresh, for garnish); Lime Juice (fresh, to taste)
