Ingredients: 1 box white cake mix (& ingredients required on the box); 1 can coconut milk (not low fat); 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips; 3/4 cup coconut milk; 1 1/2 cups sugar; 1/4 cup corn syrup; 1 tablespoon water; 1/3 cup coconut milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1/3 cup butter (softened); 8 oz cream cheese; 3 to 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar; Dulce de Leche (Store bought); 1/2 cup toasted coconut (see note below)
