Yield: 12 to 15 biscuits
Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour; 4 teaspoons baking powder; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, (cut into tiny pieces); 1 1/2 cups buttermilk; 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, (melted); 1 tablespoon honey; 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast; 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 6 slices bacon, (cooked and crumbled); 3 green onions, (thinly sliced); 2 garlic cloves, (minced or pressed); 1 (4-ounce) jar pimentos, drained; 2/3 cup finely grated white cheddar cheese; 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt, (I recommend whole or 2%, but do what ya want!); 4 tablespoons mayonnaise; 4 cups arugula, (for serving); bread and butter pickles, (for serving)
