Ingredients: 2 heads garlic; 18 large eggs; 10 slices thick-cut bacon; 10 asparagus spears, (woody stems removed); 1 pinch each of salt, (pepper and garlic powder); 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, (full fat!); 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 2 ounces blue cheese, (crumbled); 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika; 2 tablespoons fresh chives
