Alfredo sauce (2 15 oz. jars or make your own alfredo sauce); 8 oz. container sour cream; 15 oz. container ricotta cheese; 2 large eggs, lightly beaten; 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Or Regge Parmesano); 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or dried Italian seasoning); 1- 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (or pepper jack); 1-1/2 Cups Croutons (crushed- I used Focaccia); 1-1/2 Cup milk
