Ingredients: Filling: For the cheesecake filling); 8 oz. softened cream cheese; 1/2 cup granulated Sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; (Cranberry-Raspberry Sauce); 1 can whole cranberry sauce; 1 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries.; 1/4 Cup sugar; Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the sauce thickens and is bubbly.; Remove from heat and let cool. (Note: taste and add more sugar as needed.)
