Ingredients: 1/2 pound ground pork chorizo; 3/4 cup dark beer (I used a porter); 1 jalapeño (seeded and minced plus more for garnish); 1/3 cup evaporated milk (plus more if needed); 1 pound shredded medium cheddar cheese; 2 tablespoons diced canned green chiles; Tortilla chips or french fries for serving
