Ingredients: Ingredients for Step 1 (this is Paula's recipe and the one I posted previously, but the popcorn is halved:); 12 cups popped popcorn; 1 cup of butter; 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar; 3/4 cup corn syrup; 6 1 ounce squares of semi-sweet chocolate; 1 teaspoon vanilla salt; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; Ingredients for step 2 (which is caramel sauce:); Adapted from Fine Cooking; 1/4 cup water; 2 tablespoon unsalted butter (more softened for the pan); 1 1/2 cups sugar; 1/2 cup heavy cream; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; Generous pinch of salt (I used vanilla salt); Ingredients for step 3 (which is the final step:); Turtle Popcorn you already made; Caramel Sauce you already made; 1/2 cup Skor Toffee Bits (you can buy these by the chocolate chips); 1/2 cup crushed pecans
