Ingredients: 1 28 ounce can of peeled tomatoes; 2 10 ounce cans of diced tomatoes with chiles; 1 cup rough chopped onion; 1 large clove garlic; 1 jalapeño (sliced and seeded for a mild salsa, leave seeds in for a spicier salsa); 1/4 teaspoon sugar; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon cumin; 1 cup cilantro leaves (loosely packed (you can add more or less to taste-I happen to be a great fan of cilantro!)); 1/4 cup lime juice
