Ingredients: 2-3 c. chopped salad greens of your choice (I used Power Greens by Taylor Farms); 1/4 c. very thinly sliced cucumber; 2 oz. blackberries; 1 radish (shaved very thinly (radishes aren't my favorite, so I omitted it)); 2-3 slices crisp bacon chopped into 1-inch pieces; 1 hard boiled egg (chopped); 1-2 tbsp. candied walnuts or pecans; 1 tbsp. shredded very sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese; 2 tbsp. olive oil; 2 tbsp. bacon grease; 2 tbsp. maple syrup; 1 tsp. dijon mustard; 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice; 1/4 tsp. kosher salt; 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper; 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
