Name: Strawberries and Cream Tart

Ingredients: crust; 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour; 2 Tbsp sugar; 7 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut in pieces; 1 large egg, well beaten; filling; 2 cups heavy cream, half and half, or full fat milk; 2.5 ounces (half of a 5.1 ounce package, or just shy of 1/2 cup) Jello vanilla instant pudding mix ~ NOT the cook and serve kind; 1 tsp vanilla extract (the good stuff!)
