Ingredients: 1/3 lb fettuccine (more if you like); 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp butter; 1 large shallot, minced; 1 large clove of garlic, minced; 8 oz assorted mushrooms, sliced; 1/3 cup Marsala wine; 1/3 cup chicken stock; Juice of 1/2 lemon; 1/2 tsp of Wondra flour*; 1/3 cup heavy cream; several sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves stripped from the stalks; salt and fresh cracked pepper; Chopped parsley; Freshly grated Parmesan for garnish
