Ingredients: 3 slices thick cut bacon (cut into 1/4 inch pieces); 1 large onion (diced); 2 large celery stalks (sliced); 4 cloves of garlic (minced); 1 pound chopped clams; 1 1/2 cups water; 1 50- count bag littleneck clams; 1 pound small yellow potatoes (cut into bite sized pieces (I used Melissa's Pee Wee Potatoes)); 2 tablespoons cornstarch; 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme; 2 bay leaves; 1 3/4 cup half and half; 1 1/4 cup low fat milk
