Ingredients: 1 Pound Bacon; 8 Soft Taco Sized Tortillas; 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce; 2 Large Tomatoes; 1 Large Avocado; 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese (We use Monterrey Jack); 8 Flour or Corn Tortillas (Toasted if desired); 1/2 Avocado; 1 Clove Garlic; 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt; 1/4 Cup Olive Oil; 8 Whole Fresh Chives; 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Dill; Juice of 1/2 Lime; 1-2 Tablespoons of water (as needed)
