Ingredients: 1 packet unflavored gelatin (see Note); 3 tbsp cold water; 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted; 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 1 cup mayonnaise; 1 cup finely chopped celery; 3 scallions or green onions, minced; 1 tsp minced fresh garlic, about 2 large cloves; 1 tsp lemon pepper, or to taste; 1 tsp fresh lemon juice; 12 to 16 oz flaked crabmeat (fresh if available; or canned, rinsed & drained works well as a substitute); Parsley sprigs for garnish; Lemon slices for garnish
