Ingredients: Crust; 1-1/4 cups warm water; 3 tbsp olive oil; 1 large egg, lightly beaten; 2-1/2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour blend (use one of the basic recipes listed on my page or see the recipe from The Baking Beauties here); 1-1/2 tsp xanthan gum (if your GF blend already contains xanthan gum, only add 1 tsp); 1 tbsp rapid-rise yeast; 1-1/2 tsp salt; 1 tsp granulated sugar; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves; 2 tsp dried basil; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 cup warm water (if needed); Pizza; About 1 cup pizza sauce (recipe below); Toppings of your choice, such as thinly sliced vegetables, sliced cooked meats, chopped fresh herbs, etc.; Sliced fresh basil leaves, or other fresh herb of your choice, for garnish
