Ingredients: 6 cups rolled oats; 1 cup slivered or sliced almonds; 1 cup chopped pecans; 1 cup flour (I haven't tried whole wheat but I assume it would work fine); 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/4 cup sugar (optional - if I do use it, I like turbinado sugar); 1 cup vegetable oil; 1/2 cup honey; 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
