Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups rolled oats; 1 cup salted or honey roasted peanuts (chopped if you want but not necessary); 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour; 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 3/4 cup natural peanut butter (doesn't have to be exact - messy mess); 1/4 cup canola oil; 2/3 cup real maple syrup; 2 teaspoons vanilla; 1/4 cup milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
