Ingredients: 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast ((1 package)); 1 1/2 cups warm water; 1 tsp sugar; 4-5 cups bread flour; 2 tsp sea salt; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil; 8 cloves of garlic, (slivered); 1 28- oz can San Marzano tomatoes, (poured into a bowl, sauce and all, and crushed with your fingers); 5-6 fresh basil leaves; 1 tsp red pepper flakes; Salt to taste; 1 cup packed basil leaves; 3 cloves garlic ((I know that may seem a lot to some but it'll be great baked into the pizza crust0); 1/4 cup lightly roasted almonds; 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil; Salt and ground black pepper to taste
