Squeeze out all the water you can from the tofu in that case)); 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground black pepper; 2 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tsp vegetable oil; Salt to taste; 8 oz super firm tofu ((or high protein tofu, cut into 1/2 inch pieces)); 1/2 tsp turmeric; 1/2 tsp paprika ((or cayenne, which will add more heat than paprika)); 1/4 tsp ginger powder ((or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger)); 1/4 tsp garlic powder ((or 1 tsp grated garlic)); 1 tsp vegetable oil; Salt to taste
