Ingredients: 1 cup plain flour ((I used Spelt flour, but all purpose is fine)); 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs; 2 tablespoons natural granulated sweetener or sugar of choice; Pinch of salt; 2 eggs; 1 tablespoon vanilla extract; 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (, or any skim/low fat milk); 1 cup Marshmallows; 4 tablespoons Nutella -- or any hazelnut cacao spread ((about 2 teaspoons Nutella per crepe)); 2 tablespoons Graham cracker crumbs ((1 teaspoon per crepe))
