Ingredients: 1 small Cabbage head (cored and coarsely chopped); 1 pound Beef or Pork Stew meat (I used a mix of both and I highly recommend it); 1 large Onion (diced); 1 Garlic clove (minced); 2 large Carrots (sliced); 1 Bell Pepper (chopped); 1 large Potato (diced); 1 large Tomato (diced); 2 Bay leaves; 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley; 1 tablespoon Paprika; 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste; 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns; 2 cups Water (plus more if needed); 2 tablespoons Oil; Salt and pepper to taste
