Ingredients: 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter (or your favorite 'nut' butter); 1/3 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or ); 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli 60% Chocolate Chips, but for vegan option, use vegan chips); 1 & 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, quick oats (or gluten free oats, I used Flahavan's Irish Oatmeal)
