Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened; 8 oz cream cheese softened ((or mascarpone, softened)); 1 cup light brown sugar; 1/2 cup sugar; 2 large eggs; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour; 2 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp cornstarch; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 cup buttermilk (I used ½ cup almond milk with 1 teaspoon vinegar added, stirred and let sit for 5 minutes to curdle for buttermilk substitution because I prefer to use almond milk); 1/3 cup sugar; 2 teaspoons cinnamon; 10 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted; 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour -; 1 cup + 2 Tbsp brown sugar packed; 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar; 4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 2-3 teaspoons almond milk or milk of choice
