Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour; 3/4 cup sugar or xylitol; 3/4 teaspoon salt; 3/4 teaspoon baking powder; 3/4 teaspoon baking soda; 1 large egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1/2 cup buttermilk (or almond milk, Greek yogurt or coconut milk); 1/4 cup canola oil; 6 tablespoons water; 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter; 4 oz package cream cheese (room temperature); ¼ to 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter; 1 tablespoon heavy cream or almond milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 ¼ to 2 cups powdered sugar (start with least amount and add more if needed); 5-10 Mini Butterfinger Bars (or a large Butterfinger bar, add as much or as little as you want!)
