Can use gluten-free bread for a gf version)); 1 small stalk celery ((finely chopped)); 1 tbsp dijon mustard; 2-3 tbsp ground up seaweed, like Nori; 1 tbsp tamari; 1-2 tsp hot sauce; 1/4 cup vegan mayo; 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning; Salt and ground black pepper to taste; 1/4 cup vegetable oil ((for frying)); 1/4 cup vegan mayo; 1 tsp wasabi powder; 1 tsp dijon mustard; 1 tbsp lemon juice ((optional if you don't like your tartar sauce very tangy)); Salt and ground black pepper to taste; 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
