Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups superfine almond flour; 1 tbsp cornstarch; 1/4 tsp sea salt or pink salt; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 1/4 tsp baking powder; 1/2 cup maple syrup or turbinado or vegan cane sugar; 2 tbsp applesauce; 1 tsp pure vanilla extract; 1/4 cup cashew pieces; 1/4 cup white chocolate chips ((Make sure your white chocolate chips are vegan. Brands available in stores usually aren't. I order mine online. You can also use regular vegan chocolate chips in this recipe.)
