Ingredients: 4 1 inch thick Pork chops, I used boneless-whichever is fine; 4 Tablespoons cornstarch; 1/2 Cup Water; 4 Cups Bone broth, (I used my instant Pot turkey bone broth); 1 1 1/2 lb. package Refrigerated 5 cheese tortelloni noodles, (I prefer Kirkland Signature Five Cheese with Parmigiano Reggiano Tortelloni); 2 Tablespoons cooking oil, (avocado is my favorite heart healthy oil); 1 Cup white wine, (optional but helps make a nice gravy)
