Ingredients: 1 cup uncooked brown rice (I used a brown rice blend from Costco - love it); 1 head broccoli, cut into florets; 3 tablespoons butter; 2 teaspoons minced garlic; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 6 tablespoons almond meal; 1 cup milk; 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1/2 cup broth as needed; 1 14-ounce can white beans, rinsed and drained; crushed almonds for topping; sliced green onions for topping
